Point & Shoot – Lazy weekend

{happiness in a bottle}

This morning I am feeling refreshed and relaxed for the first time in a while. For weeks my weekends have been packed full of things to do, places to see, and people to meet. This weekend was a lazy one, I only left the house once to buy some groceries and didn’t even get out of my PJ’s at all on Sunday. I baked the most delicious sticky date pudding from scratch for desert on Saturday and drank a bottle of wine (love my bubbles). I read a good book, curled up on the couch with my husband while he watched a star trek movie marathon on foxtel. The kids were happy watching movies, playing wii games, making beaded bracelets and building things with lego. It was too bitterly cold and muddy for them to play outside. Having a weekend doing nothing much at all is good for your soul!

Playing along with fat mum slim (a fantastic blog which is a daily read for me) be sure check out all the lovely pictures of point and shoot this week.
