Spectacular! One single tooth might seem like such a little thing, yet it's still a great milestone of growth. It's a sign that those permanent teeth are almost ready to erupt.
That's one big and happy smile she's wearin'! Ha ha, it's a fun memory: first lost tooth, first visit from the tooth fairy, and soon she'll be growing up with new permanent teeth to take care of.
