playing with actions

edited using Paint the Moon Photography actions - Lemon and Honey

Here is the original SOOC image

I have a soft spot for photography actions. I have downloaded a few free ones over the last 12 months to try but I have been a such a wimp and having used them until now.

This is my first attempt editing one of the pictures I took of my daughter Alex with an action. What do you think?

I think it looks great. It's warmed and brightened the picture to give it more interest. Nice bright colours never go astray in editing! The cooler cast in the original makes it look a bit flat, but you have livened it up with the actions. Nice work :)

Wow. It's lovely. I used to have photoshop on my old laptop and used actions. I couldn't afford the new version so use picnic.com instead which has many effects.

I love the action you've used here and I really enjoy playing with actions on my photos as well. Beautifully done!

It's lovely, gives a nice warmth to it. Do you have a make? I never know what ones work on what computers etc.

I love Photoshop Actions and think that the headband is really brought out with the colour changes! I love actions, but really should use them more too!

Thanks so much for linking up and joining in on trying a new thing every week! xx
