Missing her,
I am missing her dreadfully, since she started school this year,
I miss her laughing; miss her demanding I do things for her all day long,
I miss the noise, and her smiley face and her even her sad face,
I miss our little conversations, and miss hearing “why mummy”
I miss the Dora Explorer theme song, I miss having another soul in the house
Now I throw myself into work, there is no one here to stop me or make me take a break,
I wonder if she misses me during the day too!

Oh that is so sweet - and if she is anything like the preps I teach...then yes, she misses you - but she's having lots of fun too :-)

That's so sad, Kel!! I feel a bit guilty because I've just been adoring the wonderful little school girl Cappers has become and haven't though twice about missing her. x

Oh, Kelly. Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to your blog. As if she wouldn't miss an awesome mum like you. I hope you are starting to feel better. It's a big adjustment.
