Today I am going to do something a little different and post more than one picture for the day. Yesterday afternoon and last night we had a lot of rain fall in our area. These pictures were taking this morning of the flooding in Donnelly Reserve a short distance from our home. Our house is ok, we did have leaky windows in our bedroom and some of my books got wet.
Roads are closed and the freeway is at a standstill, I hope the babysitters (my parents) and my best friends can get to our place tonight. We are going out for dinner and a movie to celebrate my birthday which is tomorrow.

Oh my. We had flood everywhere too. We suspect many were flooded out of their homes. What is it with the rain? I'm so glad only a few books got wet at your place...x
