Yay! I Got MUSE Tickets

My gorgeous husband booked our presale tickets to see MUSE in december this morning. I am so excited, I can't wait to see them perform live!

I love Winter!

 

 
For as long as I can remember, winter has always been my favourite season. This is properly a little strange because I was born in summer.

I love:

• Woollen jumpers
• Rugged up on the couch with a good book
• Open log fires
• Hot Chocolate
• Snow flakes
• When it rains all day
• Tree without leaves
• Sleep ins
• Colourful stripe scarfs
• Knitting
• Long nights, love how it gets dark so early
• Lamb roasts and apple pies
• Red wine

Headband to Match

Our beautiful friends, Shona and Colin that are now living in United States gave Skye this very pretty green Gap dress for Christmas last year. I decided to have some fun by making a layered felt flower headband to match this morning.

Skye has become almost impossible to take pictures of lately, and rarely looks at the camera. I ask her to smile for mummy and all I get her frown.

Last day of Autumn

We spend the last day of Autumn inside. I made lots of orders, while Skye watch a movie or two. Poppy Gordon came over for lunch, and we ate toasted sandwiches and handmade peanut butter choc clip cookies!

Misson this week to find a few hours to clean out Phoenix and Skye's room, everything has gotton a little crazy in there lately! The joy's of two children of different sex and age group sharing a room.
